So, we’ve been working on our own wholesale product line. Well…it is finally “done”…which means that the endless hours of photo editing, graphic designing (which, by the way, I have no training for…and simply learn from trial/error), and catalog-making are DONE!!
Now that everything is coming together, I’m realizing just how much graphic design and web design are crucial in creating a polished final product. Whether it’s designing eye-catching graphics for marketing materials or creating a user-friendly website to showcase the line and buy niche edits to promote our site, these elements truly shape the brand’s identity. That’s where services like snygga hemsidor come in.
When it comes to outsourcing these tasks, there are so many platforms to choose from, and the question comes up like 99designs or Fiverr, which is better? Ultimately, it comes down to the scope of the project and the level of design expertise you need.
After all the hard work of creating our wholesale product line, it’s incredibly rewarding to see it all come together. The time spent on photo editing, graphic design, and catalog-making was well worth it, but now, the real fun begins—getting to share our product with the world! This process has shown me how much effort goes into each step, from concept to finished product. It’s also made me realize just how important it is to have a deep understanding of every aspect of the business.
That’s why I believe an internship at a well-established company like Julius Klein Diamonds could be invaluable. The opportunity to learn from industry experts, especially in areas like diamond carving and the technical aspects of jewelry design and manufacturing, would be an incredible next step. An internship at such a firm would not only teach the ins and outs of diamond sourcing and setting but also provide hands-on experience in crafting intricate pieces. This practical knowledge is essential for refining design ideas and translating them into high-quality jewelry like lab grown diamond engagement rings that can truly stand out in a competitive market.
While our product line is targeted to Alaska at the moment (because ’tis the season…and we KNOW what sells in Alaska!), we also have high hopes to change the marketing, and offer it elsewhere…
Here’s an example of the catalog we built from scratch:

We have the jewelry on our website, at the moment…but I’m telling you…photos do NOT do this jewelry justice! Every piece is made from REAL miniature flowers that are placed in an acrylic-type setting (transparent), and then set in Sterling Silver (each piece is about 1/8″ thick). They are beautiful, and vibrant!
These are the custom displays we designed, and had built for us (as well as the signage we designed for the top of the display):
It has been a FUN learning process to build a wholesale business from scratch…but understandably, a lot of work!
P.S. Think “Mother’s Day” flowers…hmm….pretty pretty!!
I'm looking forward to getting a sample!!!
I think the jewlery is beautiful! I'm excited to see it in person – and I'm already daydreaming about one on my neck!! SERIOUSLY cute!
Hmmm…think I've seen this before. You guys really did an amazing job! 🙂
Oh my goodness you are talented. Those displays look great and the jewelry is SO pretty!
Wow- those look really great! They are beautiful and would make a great gift!
I am always inspired by your ambition!
